address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences,
referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use
our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to
maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and
reporting purposes.
Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How do we process your information?

We share your personal information only in the following situations:
-
Payment Processors. If you subscribe, we share the information needed
to process your payment and manage your subscription with Stripe, for subscriptions
purchased on our website, and RevenueCat, for subscriptions purchased in the App.
Purchases made in the App are paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which
handle your payment details under their own privacy policies.
-
AI Processing. When you import a recipe, we send what you import
(a web page, photo, or file) to OpenAI so it can read the recipe out of it. OpenAI
processes this content on our behalf and does not use it to train its models.
-
Email Delivery. We send account and household emails, such as
password resets and invitations, through Resend, which receives your email address and
the content of those emails.
-
Error Monitoring. When the App or website runs into an error, we send
diagnostic information to Sentry so we can find and fix it. This includes details of

and a short recording of the screen around the error in which all text and images are
hidden. If you use “Report a problem”, Sentry also receives what you write.

financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google or Apple
account. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about
you from that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.

purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or
permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we
will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for
example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we
will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing
until deletion is possible.

of a parent or guardian, and we do not market to children or sell their personal
information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, that you are
under 18 and have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Services, or that you are

consent.
